Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between coach pitch 7U and coach pitch 8U?

  • 7U is a hybrid between t-ball and coach pitch. They start with the coach pitching to them. If they fail to make contact they get to hit off the tee. 7U is structured to advance there skills from t-ball and build confidence toward playing 8U.

  • 8U players only get to hit a thrown ball from the coach. No tee if they miss. They may also strike out. 8U is structured to begin advancing their skills towards 9U kid pitch.
