Longball AA Tournament

Age Division If an age division does not have enough teams to play a tournament. Each team is subject to a full refund, less 2.99% if paid online. No Refunds There are no refunds if the brackets have been posted or the team cancels 14 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Cancelation/refund 15 days prior to the tournament date. If your team requests cancellation 15 days prior to the event you may be refunded the total registration fee, less a 5% admin fee. Weather or Act of God If the event is lost due to weather, field conditions, public health orders, or park/field closure for any reason, the following will apply: 0 Games started: Refund of the total registration fee less a 10% admin fee. 1 game played: 50% refund of the total registration paid. 2 games started: No refund of the total registration fee.

Recreational Baseball

Recreational Baseball -No refunds after a child has participated in a sanctioned evaluation, game or practice. -A refund less a $25 administrative fee if registration is canceled before the regular registration deadline. -Once the season starts the Longmont Baseball League will only offer a prorated refund for out-of-state job related transfers, or injuries or illnesses documented by a physician. In the event of an injury any refund request must be received in our office within two weeks of the injury illness and be accompanied by a doctor’s note, no exceptions. -Registration fees shall not be refunded in the event of suspension of a player for disciplinary reasons.

Single A Competitive

There will be no refunds except in the event of an injury, illness or relocation out of the area. Any refund request must be received by our office within two weeks of the injury or illness and be accompanied by a doctor’s note with no exceptions. A $50 administrative fee will be withheld from any refund.

Spring AA Competitive
