Recreational Baseball
-No refunds after a child has participated in a sanctioned evaluation, game or practice.
-A refund less a $25 administrative fee if registration is canceled before the regular registration deadline
-Once the season starts the Longmont Baseball League will only offer a prorated refund for out-of-state job related transfers, or injuries or illnesses documented by a physician. In the event of an injury any refund request must be received in our office within two weeks of the injury illness and be accompanied by a doctor's note, no exceptions.
-Registration fees shall not be refunded in the event of suspension of a player for disciplinary reasons.
Competitive Baseball
There will be no refunds except in the event of an injury, illness or relocation out of the area.
