Tim comes from a long background of playing and coaching baseball throughout the country. In 2001 he was drafted as a senior in high school by the Pittsburgh Pirates. After months of deliberation Tim decided on attending Seton Hall University in the Big East conference where he would play four years of division I baseball before being drafted again in 2005 by the Washington Nationals. Tim spent 8 years playing in the Nationals organization as a first and third baseman all over the eastern US. In 2013 Tim played his last season for the Sioux Falls Canaries in South Dakota where he led the team and the league in home runs.
Tim is excited to join the LBL team and looking forward to working with young players who are anxious to get better at the hardest thing to do in all sports- hitting a baseball.
